Almost no college football player's pay is public. Schools withhold revenue-sharing contracts, collectives are private, and no state's open-records law has produced a named, priced Power 4 football contract. This table lists only the 8 players (11 deals) whose deal amounts were disclosed in a court filing or credibly reported by news outlets.
Read this first: every amount here is a contract value or a reported deal value, not money the player received. Deals get renegotiated, bought out or terminated (Jaden Rashada's $13.85M contract was terminated; his complaint says about $150K was paid). Court-filing figures are claims made in a lawsuit. Reported figures are attributed to the outlets that published them; schools have not confirmed any of them.

Methodology
- What's included: a deal appears only if its dollar amount was disclosed in a court filing (4 deals) or reported by a named news outlet with sources (7 deals). Each row links to every source used.
- What's left out: On3 “NIL valuations” and similar rankings. Those are model estimates of a player's market value, not payments, so players who only have a valuation are not listed. Team-level roster estimates appear, labeled, on the revenue sharing tracker.
- Labels: “Contract value · court filing” = the amount comes from the contract or terms described in a lawsuit. “Reported deal value” = the amount comes from news reporting, often citing unnamed sources. Where reports disagree, the range or conflict is shown.
- Paid by: who the source says pays the player: the school (revenue sharing), a collective, or both. “Per reports” means the payer is not confirmed by the school.
- Public records: requests in several states have been denied (FERPA or state exemptions) or produced redacted or anonymized records only, so no row comes from an open-records release.
- Dates: deals get renegotiated, bought out or terminated. Each row shows the period the figure covers, as of the sources linked.
